All travelers must show a valid ID card or passport at check-in

Check in 16:00 / 00:00 – Check Out 10:00
It is possible to delay the check-out only if we do not have imminent reservations. 

In case of confirmation of the late check-out, an extra charge of €35 per hour will be paid, to be paid in cash. Thank you.

 

Animals Not Allowed

 We love animals, but unfortunately cannot accept them.

 

No Smoking

Inside the villa it is forbidden to smoke

Parties Forbidden

 It is forbidden to organize parties in the Villa and in the common areas of the building.

 We will adapt check-in and key collection timesdepending on your arrival

 by sending a message or email indicating your arrival time.

Payment terms

 

You will have to pay the remaining amount within 40 days before your arrival. You will receive a notification email a few days before the expiry requesting payment of the remaining amount.

 

Payment 50% online 50% at check-in

For those who booked directly on the site and decided to pay the balance at check-in, 

we remind our kind guests that it will be possible to pay the balance directly at the facility,

 by credit card or in cash in €, we do not accept bank transfers or bank checks thanks

 

We apply the same cancellation and refund policies as Airbnb Semi-strict Terms

Free cancellation within 30 days before your arrival.
you will receive a full refund within 5/7 working days.Guests who cancel between 7 and 30 days before 

check-in receive a 50% refund. After that time, the trip is non-refundable.
If you cancel after the check-in date you will lose the total amount of the reservation.

 

Refund Dates

 

In case of change of dates with fewer nights, the difference in the price per night will be refunded.

 

Change Dates

To change dates, it is possible to change them without any problem only if available in the calendar,

by sending an email to info@tenutearmani.com  indicating the booking number, or by sending a simple message on WhatsApp or iMessage thank you.
