The Villa is located a few minutes drive from the beaches and thanks to its position we immediately have access to the motorway to reach the most popular destinations such as Palermo or Cefalu.

The villa has 2 large apartments with separate entrances ideal for two families or large groups of friends.
The pool is in total privacy. In the Villa there is a Service that will take care of the daily cleaning of the pool with times to be agreed with the guests.

* Air conditioning is not present in the smaller double bedroom, but there is a fan. By keeping the door slightly open you can cool off with the air conditioner in the living room

Events

Event planning, such as Intimate Weddings, is only available to renters. It's not possible to organize events if you book the property directly on Airbnb.
It's not possible to invite anyone other than the renters to the event, except for close relatives.

We have our own Wedding Planner available directly on site who will organize the entire event for you, from the flowers to the photographer, the chef, the officiant, etc.
The cost of the Wedding Planner is €1600. The Wedding Planner only covers the organization of the event and not the costs of the event itself.

Other things to keep in mind

The price is to be considered all inclusive, linen, towels, final cleaning, electricity, water, gas. You will not be charged any additional costs.

Extra Services

The housekeeping staff lives in another apartment and is available if needed. They are primarily responsible for the morning pool cleaning.
Laundry, room cleaning, and linen changes are additional services available upon request. All rooms are fully equipped with everything from sheets to pool towels.
You will not be charged anything else. Electricity, gas, water, and air conditioning are included in the rent.
