THE HOUSE AND SURROUNDING LANDSCAPE IS BOTH ELEGANT AND AUTHENTIC, OFFERING THE PERFECT BLEND OF COMFORT, RELAXATION, AND CONNECTION TO THE LAND. THIS IS THE SPOT! THERE IS PLENTY OF ROOM FOR MULTIPLE FAMILIES TO HAVE THEIR OWN SPACE, AND WE MADE USE OF THE MANY KITCHEN OPTIONS. HAVING THE ABILITY TO COOK/EAT OUTSIDE OR INSIDE WAS SO SPECIAL IN SUCH A BEAUTIFUL SETTING. Giuseppe was an amazing host and the villa was perfect for our loud, large family of 8. The views were unbeatable and there were plenty of places to hang out together or take some time alone. The pool was beautiful, a great place to cool off after a hot day of sight seeing. There were more beds than we needed, lots of bathrooms, 2 indoor kitchens as well as an outdoor kitchen! The air conditioning in each room was a huge plus as the island was experiencing hotter than usual temperatures during our visit. Giuseppe himself was a delightful host, going above and beyond to share his Sicilian hospitality. I strongly suggest booking a night for the chef’s dinner, make sure to save room because it was more food than we could eat! He had beer, wine, and soda available for purchase which was a great bonus after a long day of traveling. Halfway between Palermo and Cefalù, there is plenty to do! We hope to be able to return for another family stay in the near future as 3 days wasn’t enough!

Definitely recommend having the dinner with the chef. It was a fabulous 5 course Sicilian meal. The host keeps the place fully stocked with wine and beer at a great price. We enjoyed spending our time by the pool and relaxing and enjoying the views. The host was kind enough to even go and pick up pizza for 11 people at our request. We had a great stay at Giuseppe’s villa in Casteldaccia with 10 friends. Communication was excellent before and during our trip. The villa was clean and spacious, with a fantastic outdoor area – pool, tennis court and a stunning sea view. Giuseppe welcomed us with sparkling wine and a charcuterie platter. When no taxis were available during the midday break, he even drove us to the supermarket himself. He also organized all transfers and shared great local tips. Giuseppe is a truly outstanding host – helpful, friendly, and always available. The 5 stars are more than deserved. Highly recommended!

La maison est équipée au-delà de nos attentes, tout est là pour un séjour parfait.

We are a Swedish family 4 children 2 adults for a two weeks stay in Sicily. We started of with two nights I Palermo (which we could have gone without). Then a couple of days in Cefalù ( highly recommended, clean, laid back and beautiful). Then we moved in to Giuseppe’s house and spent a week there. Giuseppe was very kind and tending. Views over San Nicola and the sea is stunning. Things to consider:
You absolutely need a car to get to the house, groceries and the beaches. The area is rural and secluded, perfect for a calm and stress free vacation. Giuseppe’s house is a lovely traditional Italian house we felt as if we were staying in someone’s home, much more character than a hotel. It is spotlessly clean and in a peaceful setting with fantastic views. Giuseppe is a very generous and helpful host and left us gifts of wine, juice, coffee, biscuits and many other useful items.
Be warned the road up to the house is steep and very bumpy (but no worse than many Sicilian roads we discovered!).

Had a fantastic few days at Giuseppe’s place. Beautiful spot with a magnificent view. Giuseppe was a fantastic host with good communication. We found the house stocked really well with cold water, drinks and milk all in the fridge for us amongst other gifts when we arrived. Pool was great and the local area is beautiful. He even left croissants for us the morning he came to clean the pool. Great stay and great service would 10/10 recommend. Thank you! Giuseppe went above and beyond as a host. From super clear communication to having everything we could possibly think of at the house, we were so well taken care of! Giuseppe has a beautiful house with amazing views out to the ocean and down the hill . He was a great host , well prepared with beach and restaurant tips, very friendly and happy to help . The house was spotless and comfortable. The outside areas were great to relax in and the pool was clean and very refreshing. Lovely property with great views of the coast. The pictures capture the outdoor space really in particular really well (there was lots of outdoor space which is spread over a number of levels) Giuseppe was a fantastic host, ensuring that the property was well stocked with lots of really useful supplies (food and drink items plus ample washing/cleaning products). There was a drinks fridge with honesty box (and very cheap prices) which was a really interesting idea and prevented too many supermarket trips! Giuseppe also looked after us by leaving a tray of pastries for us on each of his early morning visits to clean the pool!
For us the only slightly less workable space was the upstairs. As a group of 6 (2 adults and 4 older teens) we struggled slightly with the bunkbeds which are quite small.

We had a wonderful time staying in this place. Location was perfect, peaceful and only 5 minutes drive to local town by the sea. The villa was gorgeous – had a traditional sicilian feel to it , clean and the views of mointains and the sea were breathtaking . Kids had a lot of space to explore, run around and most importantly have fun in a swimming pool, which, by the way, was perfect size. The host Giuseppe was very friendly and helpful. He met us on our arrival to the villa, explained everything and even had welcome gifts for us. Also, Giuseppe was extremely helpful when we left our car and home keys in the precious villa we stayed. Instead of us driving back approx. 300km, he stepped up and organised the keys to be shipped and let us enjoy the rest of our stay in Sicily hassle free. Thank you. Wir waren 6 Mädels die einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Guiseppe‘s tollen Haus hatten.
Wir wurden so herzlich begrüßt, bekamen Willkommensgeschenke (Cannoli, Sekt etc.) und fühlten uns seit der ersten Minute super wohl.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, man hat einen tollen Ausblick und vor allem der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus war toll ausgestattet und in einem super Zustand.
Guiseppe ist ein so herzlicher und toller Gastgeber. Schon im Voraus hat er uns ein Video geschickt und uns die Anfahrt zum Haus erklärt. Auch überraschte er uns am 3. Tag mit leckeren Croissants.

Un endroit très agréable, très calme on l’on se sent seul au monde. La maison est authentique avec une vue splendide. This stay was amazing from start to end – when we arrived the host was really helpful and also gave us bits and pieces like toiletries and some foods. He also dropped us some pastries a couple of mornings which was a really nice touch. The place is exactly as pictured and in a really rural area, you must have a car to get around. Giuseppe is nothing short of an incredible host! We stayed at his beautiful house for two weeks and we were amazed by the level of attentiveness to detail and communication that came from Giuseppe. He waited for us to arrive and showed us around and explained everything which was very useful. From mosquito repellent, to a mini bar service to kitchen appliances, he will have it!
He frequently provided us with fresh pastries and fruit, and even when our rental car broke down he managed to sort it out for us. If there was any problem at all, Giuseppe was extremely helpful!
The house itself is absolutely incredible with the most breathtaking view. Waking up in this house was an absolute delight. It’s surrounded by nature and is quite rural and is a 15-20 minute drive to supermarkets and roughly 40-50 minutes to Palermo central and Cefalu! It’s a great location as you are in the middle of beautiful towns in Sicily. I can’t recommend this stay enough and I can say it was one of the best host experiences I’ve ever had and hopefully we will come back soon

Beautiful place and fantastic host. Giuseppe was so helpful with suggestions for restaurants, ice cream parlours, where to park etc.The house is absolutely sparklingly clean and so well equipped. We even had coffee, olive oil, pasta, pasta sauce and vinegar plus cannoli and prosecco to welcome us! Giuseppe left amazing croissants for us as a treat when he came to clean to pool. Giuseppe is a rock-star of AirB&B hosts! My husband, son and his girlfriend spent 4 nights in this little paradise overlooking the Med. Although a little off the beaten path, we were delighted with the grounds, the house, the pool, and the security. Only about 25 minutes to Palermo, and just a little longer to Celafu. Giuseppe has thought of everything — down to the well-stocked cooler of wine and beer for purchase for next to nothing and magnets for sale! And excellent communications from start to finish. When I needed a question answered he got back to me within minutes — usually with a route, restaurant recommendation, or other travel advice. We had a wonderful time at Guiseppes house. The pool, the terrasse and a garden with all different kinds of plants and trees invite to relax. The house is in a beautifully peaceful setting . Everywhere was spotlessly clean .
The house has everything you need to have a relaxing holiday
Giuseppe ( Ralph) has thought about everything, we arrived to find the fridge stocked with water, soft drinks , a large tray of fresh fruit , milk , complimentary bottle of wine ( which we didn’t drink because we had done a large shop before arriving ) . This was a lovely touch from a host who truly cares about guest experience .
We enjoyed the outdoor cooking area, fully stocked with wood, fire Lighters etc so you can cook over a wood fire 
Several different places to relax out doors so you can enjoy both sun and shade at different times of day
Pool was spotlessly clean and lovely and refreshing to cool off from the sun.
Even citronella candles provided to keep the mosquitos away whilst sitting out in the evening .
Ralph answered any questions quickly and went out of his way to make our stay amazing
He came to clean the pool early in the morning one day and we woke to find fresh croissants for breakfast .
There is hardly any need to leave the place !!
Ralph also has a large fridge stocked with wines and beer and uses an honesty system to charge for this . This is a convenience because he charges only the same as you would pay for the items if you bought from the supermarket .

Our experience in the Beliving House
The contact with Giuseppe on forehand was easy and with good information. Giuseppe gave us a warm welcome at the house. He took the time to show us everything and gave a lot information. Everything was very clear. The house looked amazing and very clean. Giuseppe had some welcome presents like fresh olive oil, fresh fruit and water in the fridge and gave us a bottle of wine to start our vacation. He told us we could eat from the fruit tree’s in the yard. We felt very welcome!
When we needed something we had contact with Giuseppe via whatsapp and he responded very quick. He was there for us the whole vacation to help us with everything. He recommended some restaurants, send us a video to show how we could use the barbecue; nothing was too much for him.
When Giuseppe came to clean the pool very early in the morning, we woke up to fresh croissants that he had left for us. It were this little things that made our stay very peaceful, surprising and we were very happy.
The house not felt like a vacation house but it felt like home.
We even had an engagement at the house, cause the house has a very romantic ambiance and a lot of space.
We can truly recommend this house and Giuseppe as your host. We’ve had a great vacation and are very happy.

We are a Swedish family 4 children 2 adults for a two weeks stay in Sicily. We started of with two nights I Palermo (which we could have gone without). Then a couple of days in Cefalù ( highly recommended, clean, laid back and beautiful). Then we moved in to Giuseppe’s house and spent a week there. Giuseppe was very kind and tending. Views over San Nicola and the sea is stunning. Things to consider:
You absolutely need a car to get to the house, groceries and the beaches. The area is rural and secluded, perfect for a calm and stress free vacation. Giuseppe’s house is a lovely traditional Italian house we felt as if we were staying in someone’s home, much more character than a hotel. It is spotlessly clean and in a peaceful setting with fantastic views. Giuseppe is a very generous and helpful host and left us gifts of wine, juice, coffee, biscuits and many other useful items.
Be warned the road up to the house is steep and very bumpy (but no worse than many Sicilian roads we discovered!).

Had a fantastic few days at Giuseppe’s place. Beautiful spot with a magnificent view. Giuseppe was a fantastic host with good communication. We found the house stocked really well with cold water, drinks and milk all in the fridge for us amongst other gifts when we arrived. Pool was great and the local area is beautiful. Giuseppe went above and beyond as a host. From super clear communication to having everything we could possibly think of at the house, we were so well taken care of! We had a wonderful time staying in this place. Location was perfect, peaceful and only 5 minutes drive to local town by the sea. The villa was gorgeous – had a traditional sicilian feel to it , clean and the views of mointains and the sea were breathtaking . Kids had a lot of space to explore, run around and most importantly have fun in a swimming pool, which, by the way, was perfect size. The host Giuseppe was very friendly and helpful. He met us on our arrival to the villa, explained everything and even had welcome gifts for us. Also, Giuseppe was extremely helpful when we left our car and home keys in the precious villa we stayed. Instead of us driving back approx. 300km, he stepped up and organised the keys to be shipped and let us enjoy the rest of our stay in Sicily hassle free. Thank you. Wir waren 6 Mädels die einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Guiseppe‘s tollen Haus hatten.
Wir wurden so herzlich begrüßt, bekamen Willkommensgeschenke (Cannoli, Sekt etc.) und fühlten uns seit der ersten Minute super wohl.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, man hat einen tollen Ausblick und vor allem der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus war toll ausgestattet und in einem super Zustand.
Guiseppe ist ein so herzlicher und toller Gastgeber. Schon im Voraus hat er uns ein Video geschickt und uns die Anfahrt zum Haus erklärt. Auch überraschte er uns am 3. Tag mit leckeren Croissants.

Un endroit très agréable, très calme on l’on se sent seul au monde. La maison est authentique avec une vue splendide. Le jardin est magnifique, composé de plusieurs terrasses ou l’on peut se prélasser en fonction de ses envies de calme, de soleil ou de moments conviviaux. This stay was amazing from start to end – when we arrived the host was really helpful and also gave us bits and pieces like toiletries and some foods. He also dropped us some pastries a couple of mornings which was a really nice touch. The place is exactly as pictured and in a really rural area, you must have a car to get around. Giuseppe is nothing short of an incredible host! We stayed at his beautiful house for two weeks and we were amazed by the level of attentiveness to detail and communication that came from Giuseppe. He waited for us to arrive and showed us around and explained everything which was very useful. From mosquito repellent, to a mini bar service to kitchen appliances, he will have it!
He frequently provided us with fresh pastries and fruit, and even when our rental car broke down he managed to sort it out for us. If there was any problem at all, Giuseppe was extremely helpful!
The house itself is absolutely incredible with the most breathtaking view. Waking up in this house was an absolute delight. It’s surrounded by nature and is quite rural and is a 15-20 minute drive to supermarkets and roughly 40-50 minutes to Palermo central and Cefalu! It’s a great location as you are in the middle of beautiful towns in Sicily. Beautiful place and fantastic host. Giuseppe was so helpful with suggestions for restaurants, ice cream parlours, where to park etc.The house is absolutely sparklingly clean and so well equipped. We even had coffee, olive oil, pasta, pasta sauce and vinegar plus cannoli and prosecco to welcome us! Giuseppe left amazing croissants for us as a treat when he came to clean to pool. Giuseppe is a rock-star of AirB&B hosts! My husband, son and his girlfriend spent 4 nights in this little paradise overlooking the Med. Although a little off the beaten path, we were delighted with the grounds, the house, the pool, and the security. Only about 25 minutes to Palermo, and just a little longer to Celafu. Giuseppe has thought of everything — down to the well-stocked cooler of wine and beer for purchase for next to nothing and magnets for sale! And excellent communications from start to finish. When I needed a question answered he got back to me within minutes — usually with a route, restaurant recommendation, or other travel advice. We had a wonderful time at Guiseppes house. The pool, the terrasse and a garden with all different kinds of plants and trees invite to relax. The house has everything you need to have a relaxing holiday
Giuseppe ( Ralph) has thought about everything, we arrived to find the fridge stocked with water, soft drinks , a large tray of fresh fruit , milk , complimentary bottle of wine ( which we didn’t drink because we had done a large shop before arriving ) . This was a lovely touch from a host who truly cares about guest experience .
We enjoyed the outdoor cooking area, fully stocked with wood, fire Lighters etc so you can cook over a wood fire
Several different places to relax out doors so you can enjoy both sun and shade at different times of day
Pool was spotlessly clean and lovely and refreshing to cool off from the sun.
Even citronella candles provided to keep the mosquitos away whilst sitting out in the evening .
Ralph answered any questions quickly and went out of his way to make our stay amazing
He came to clean the pool early in the morning one day and we woke to find fresh croissants for breakfast .
There is hardly any need to leave the place !!
Ralph also has a large fridge stocked with wines and beer and uses an honesty system to charge for this . This is a convenience because he charges only the same as you would pay for the items if you bought from the supermarket .

Our experience in the Beliving House
The contact with Giuseppe on forehand was easy and with good information. Giuseppe gave us a warm welcome at the house. He took the time to show us everything and gave a lot information. Everything was very clear. The house looked amazing and very clean. Giuseppe had some welcome presents like fresh olive oil, fresh fruit and water in the fridge and gave us a bottle of wine to start our vacation. He told us we could eat from the fruit tree’s in the yard. We felt very welcome!
When we needed something we had contact with Giuseppe via whatsapp and he responded very quick. He was there for us the whole vacation to help us with everything. He recommended some restaurants, send us a video to show how we could use the barbecue; nothing was too much for him.
When Giuseppe came to clean the pool very early in the morning, we woke up to fresh croissants that he had left for us. It were this little things that made our stay very peaceful, surprising and we were very happy.
The house not felt like a vacation house but it felt like home.
We even had an engagement at the house, cause the house has a very romantic ambiance and a lot of space.
We can truly recommend this house and Giuseppe as your host. We’ve had a great vacation and are very happy.

We had an amazing stay at the villa! The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the view of the mountains was breathtaking. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Giuseppe friendly host and bring us several times a deserts.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Beppe and Elda have thought about every single detail to make this a beautiful holiday stay. It’s like being a hotel, everything is catered for. We are a Swedish family 4 children 2 adults for a two weeks stay in Sicily. We started of with two nights I Palermo (which we could have gone without). Then a couple of days in Cefalù ( highly recommended, clean, laid back and beautiful). Then we moved in to Giuseppe’s house and spent a week there. Giuseppe was very kind and tending. Views over San Nicola and the sea is stunning. Things to consider:
You absolutely need a car to get to the house, groceries and the beaches. The area is rural and secluded, perfect for a calm and stress free vacation. Great for reading, writing and other soothing activities. Thank you Giuseppe for making our stay memorable!

alles war perfekt! Guiseppe ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. man sieht wieviel Zeit er in das Haus investiert.
mega schöner Garten mit Pool, und einer Aussicht aufs Meer mit den schönsten Sonnenuntergängen. das Haus ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.

Giuseppe’s house is a lovely traditional Italian house we felt as if we were staying in someone’s home, much more character than a hotel. It is spotlessly clean and in a peaceful setting with fantastic views. Giuseppe is a very generous and helpful host and left us gifts of wine, juice, coffee, biscuits and many other useful items.
Be warned the road up to the house is steep and very bumpy (but no worse than many Sicilian roads we discovered!).
Thank you Giuseppe for keeping the pool so clean, there was a lot of wind one night and he came out an extra time to clean the pool leaving pastries for us too!

Had a fantastic few days at Giuseppe’s place. Beautiful spot with a magnificent view. Giuseppe was a fantastic host with good communication. We found the house stocked really well with cold water, drinks and milk all in the fridge for us amongst other gifts when we arrived. Pool was great and the local area is beautiful. He even left croissants for us the morning he came to clean the pool. Great stay and great service would 10/10 recommend. Thank you!

Giuseppe was an amazing host. From incredibly clear instructions on how to find and manage the property, to providing us a ton of treats, this stay was one for the books. I believe the pictures do not do this place justice. The property is beautiful, and the surroundings are breathless. Giuseppe went above and beyond as a host. From super clear communication to having everything we could possibly think of at the house, we were so well taken care of! Giuseppe answered any question within seconds and had the best recommendations around town. He would leave us treats from the local bakery! The house is so so charming and well equipped. Each day the view to the ocean got more beautiful. The home is secluded but also very close to a charming local town. Also super easy to get to Palermo and Cefalu! I will absolutely stay at Giuseppe’s place again!!

BeLiving House is such a perfect place from which to explore this area of Sicily. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming- we felt very much at home. The villa is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you need for making meals or enjoying aperitivo. The view from the villa is incomparable, so magical watching the moon rise over sea! The pool is especially wonderful for cooling off in the hottest part of the day. You will not find better host, he was so kind as to bring us delicious pastries and gave us terrific recommendations for food. Trabia is a beautiful part of Sicily and BeLiving House the most beautiful villa on the coast!

Lovely property with great views of the coast. The pictures capture the outdoor space really in particular really well (there was lots of outdoor space which is spread over a number of levels) Giuseppe was a fantastic host, ensuring that the property was well stocked with lots of really useful supplies (food and drink items plus ample washing/cleaning products). There was a drinks fridge with honesty box (and very cheap prices) which was a really interesting idea and prevented too many supermarket trips! Giuseppe also looked after us by leaving a tray of pastries for us on each of his early morning visits to clean the pool!
For us the only slightly less workable space was the upstairs. As a group of 6 (2 adults and 4 older teens) we struggled slightly with the bunkbeds which are quite small.
Also to reiterate as Giuseppe says in his description is you do need a car. We used this property as a base to visit Cefalu, Palermo, the west coast and Agrigento. All long trips but worth doing!

Merci pour l’accueil dans ce petit coin de paradis. Tout est comme dans la description et les photos – pas de mauvaise surprise. L’hôte a plein de conseils et de petites attentions très appréciées – comme nous arrivions tard, il y a avait le premier repas et le petit déjeuner qui nous attendaient, et même plus. Le logement est confortable et bien équipé. Chaudement recommandé !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Giuseppe qui est un hôte adorable, très prévenant et amical. La maison est fraîche et confortable et le jardin vraiment magnifique, avec une végétation luxuriante, des arbres fruitiers et la piscine tellement agréable avec la vue sur sur la mer !

Alles aufzuzählen würde den Rahmen sprengen: Besonders gefallen hat uns die wunderschöne Aussicht, der großzügige Außenbereich mit vielen verschiedenen Möglichkeiten zum relaxen, die ruhige, sichere und gute Lage nahe an Palermo und Cefalu und natürlich der wirklich exzellente Service von Guiseppe. We had a wonderful time staying in this place. Location was perfect, peaceful and only 5 minutes drive to local town by the sea. The villa was gorgeous – had a traditional sicilian feel to it , clean and the views of mointains and the sea were breathtaking . Kids had a lot of space to explore, run around and most importantly have fun in a swimming pool, which, by the way, was perfect size. The host Giuseppe was very friendly and helpful. He met us on our arrival to the villa, explained everything and even had welcome gifts for us. Also, Giuseppe was extremely helpful when we left our car and home keys in the precious villa we stayed. Instead of us driving back approx. 300km, he stepped up and organised the keys to be shipped and let us enjoy the rest of our stay in Sicily hassle free. Thank you. We will definitely come back when we are next in Sicily.

Wir waren 6 Mädels die einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Guiseppe‘s tollen Haus hatten.
Wir wurden so herzlich begrüßt, bekamen Willkommensgeschenke (Cannoli, Sekt etc.) und fühlten uns seit der ersten Minute super wohl.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, man hat einen tollen Ausblick und vor allem der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus war toll ausgestattet und in einem super Zustand.
Guiseppe ist ein so herzlicher und toller Gastgeber. Schon im Voraus hat er uns ein Video geschickt und uns die Anfahrt zum Haus erklärt. Auch überraschte er uns am 3. Tag mit leckeren Croissants.
Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir in Sizilien sind und können Guiseppe und sein Haus nur empfehlen!

Un endroit très agréable, très calme on l’on se sent seul au monde. La maison est authentique avec une vue splendide. Le jardin est magnifique, composé de plusieurs terrasses ou l’on peut se prélasser en fonction de ses envies de calme, de soleil ou de moments conviviaux. This stay was amazing from start to end – when we arrived the host was really helpful and also gave us bits and pieces like toiletries and some foods. He also dropped us some pastries a couple of mornings which was a really nice touch. The place is exactly as pictured and in a really rural area, you must have a car to get around. Will definitely stay again

Giuseppe is nothing short of an incredible host! We stayed at his beautiful house for two weeks and we were amazed by the level of attentiveness to detail and communication that came from Giuseppe. He waited for us to arrive and showed us around and explained everything which was very useful. From mosquito repellent, to a mini bar service to kitchen appliances, he will have it!
He frequently provided us with fresh pastries and fruit, and even when our rental car broke down he managed to sort it out for us. If there was any problem at all, Giuseppe was extremely helpful!
The house itself is absolutely incredible with the most breathtaking view. Waking up in this house was an absolute delight. It’s surrounded by nature and is quite rural and is a 15-20 minute drive to supermarkets and roughly 40-50 minutes to Palermo central and Cefalu! It’s a great location as you are in the middle of beautiful towns in Sicily. I can’t recommend this stay enough and I can say it was one of the best host experiences I’ve ever had and hopefully we will come back soon

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Giuseppe. La maison est très agréable surtout grâce au jardin et à la vue qui est magnifique. Giuseppe a été un hôte exceptionnel. Très accueillant, toujours prévenant, Giuseppe a été aux petits soins avec nous. La maison est situé à 10 minutes de la mer et à 40 minutes de Cefalù. A faire sans aucune hésitation. Beautiful place and fantastic host. Giuseppe was so helpful with suggestions for restaurants, ice cream parlours, where to park etc.The house is absolutely sparklingly clean and so well equipped. We even had coffee, olive oil, pasta, pasta sauce and vinegar plus cannoli and prosecco to welcome us! Giuseppe left amazing croissants for us as a treat when he came to clean to pool. Great aircon so lovely and cool at night. You can’t get a better Airbnb than this!

Giuseppe is a rock-star of AirB&B hosts! My husband, son and his girlfriend spent 4 nights in this little paradise overlooking the Med. Although a little off the beaten path, we were delighted with the grounds, the house, the pool, and the security. Only about 25 minutes to Palermo, and just a little longer to Celafu. Giuseppe has thought of everything — down to the well-stocked cooler of wine and beer for purchase for next to nothing and magnets for sale! And excellent communications from start to finish. When I needed a question answered he got back to me within minutes — usually with a route, restaurant recommendation, or other travel advice. He’s just fabulous — as is this lovely, homey place to call home while you’re in Sicily!

We had a wonderful time at Guiseppes house. The pool, the terrasse and a garden with all different kinds of plants and trees invite to relax. The inside of the house is very clean, the bedrooms are comfortable and Guiseppe is an amazing host, friendly, always helpful and the communication was perfect. Plus, if you are lucky, Guiseppe leaves croissants at the table after cleaning the pool very early in the morning.

Lovely traditionally furnished house with spectacular views and the best host we have ever experienced .
The house is in a beautifully peaceful setting . Everywhere was spotlessly clean .
The house has everything you need to have a relaxing holiday
Giuseppe ( Ralph) has thought about everything, we arrived to find the fridge stocked with water, soft drinks , a large tray of fresh fruit , milk , complimentary bottle of wine ( which we didn’t drink because we had done a large shop before arriving ) . This was a lovely touch from a host who truly cares about guest experience .
We enjoyed the outdoor cooking area, fully stocked with wood, fire Lighters etc so you can cook over a wood fire
Several different places to relax out doors so you can enjoy both sun and shade at different times of day
Pool was spotlessly clean and lovely and refreshing to cool off from the sun.
Even citronella candles provided to keep the mosquitos away whilst sitting out in the evening .
Ralph answered any questions quickly and went out of his way to make our stay amazing
He came to clean the pool early in the morning one day and we woke to find fresh croissants for breakfast .
There is hardly any need to leave the place !!
Ralph also has a large fridge stocked with wines and beer and uses an honesty system to charge for this . This is a convenience because he charges only the same as you would pay for the items if you bought from the supermarket .

Our experience in the Beliving House
The contact with Giuseppe on forehand was easy and with good information. Giuseppe gave us a warm welcome at the house. He took the time to show us everything and gave a lot information. Everything was very clear. The house looked amazing and very clean. Giuseppe had some welcome presents like fresh olive oil, fresh fruit and water in the fridge and gave us a bottle of wine to start our vacation. He told us we could eat from the fruit tree’s in the yard. We felt very welcome!
When we needed something we had contact with Giuseppe via whatsapp and he responded very quick. He was there for us the whole vacation to help us with everything. He recommended some restaurants, send us a video to show how we could use the barbecue; nothing was too much for him.
When Giuseppe came to clean the pool very early in the morning, we woke up to fresh croissants that he had left for us. It were this little things that made our stay very peaceful, surprising and we were very happy.
The house not felt like a vacation house but it felt like home.
We even had an engagement at the house, cause the house has a very romantic ambiance and a lot of space.
We can truly recommend this house and Giuseppe as your host. We’ve had a great vacation and are very happy.

Guiseppe est un hôte au top : il nous a accueilli très gentiment alors que nous sommes arrivés au milieu de la nuit à cause d’un problème d’avion. Il a nous a conseillé de bons restaurants, il a toujours été très réactif quand nous avions des questions. La maison était dans un état de propreté irréprochable. Guiseppe avait même préparé un aperitivo pour notre arrivée et rempli le frigo. C’est le meilleur hôte que nous ayons jamais eu. Grazie mille Guiseppe !

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Beppe and Elda have thought about every single detail to make this a beautiful holiday stay. It’s like being a hotel, everything is catered for. Vue incroyable sur la mer et ses environs dans un cadre luxuriant, très bien entretenu et aménagé pour en profiter.
Guiseppe est un hôte incroyable, qui mériterait 6 étoiles pour son accueil et toutes ses gentilles attentions tout à long du séjour (cadeaux de bienvenus, pâtisseries, informations, conseils, etc.).
La maison est équipée au-delà de nos attentes, tout est là pour un séjour parfait.
La piscine, le jardin, tout est extrêmement propre et agréable.
Nous avons quitté cette villa à regret.

We are a Swedish family 4 children 2 adults for a two weeks stay in Sicily. We started of with two nights I Palermo (which we could have gone without). Then a couple of days in Cefalù ( highly recommended, clean, laid back and beautiful). Then we moved in to Giuseppe’s house and spent a week there. Giuseppe was very kind and tending. Views over San Nicola and the sea is stunning. Things to consider:
You absolutely need a car to get to the house, groceries and the beaches. The area is rural and secluded, perfect for a calm and stress free vacation. Great for reading, writing and other soothing activities. Thank you Giuseppe for making our stay memorable!

alles war perfekt! Guiseppe ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. man sieht wieviel Zeit er in das Haus investiert.

Giuseppe’s house is a lovely traditional Italian house we felt as if we were staying in someone’s home, much more character than a hotel. It is spotlessly clean and in a peaceful setting with fantastic views. Giuseppe is a very generous and helpful host and left us gifts of wine, juice, coffee, biscuits and many other useful items.
Be warned the road up to the house is steep and very bumpy (but no worse than many Sicilian roads we discovered!).
Thank you Giuseppe for keeping the pool so clean, there was a lot of wind one night and he came out an extra time to clean the pool leaving pastries for us too!
Be warned the road up to the house is steep and very bumpy (but no worse than many Sicilian roads we discovered!).
Thank you Giuseppe for keeping the pool so clean, there was a lot of wind one night and he came out an extra time to clean the pool leaving pastries for us too!

Had a fantastic few days at Giuseppe’s place. Beautiful spot with a magnificent view. Giuseppe was a fantastic host with good communication. We found the house stocked really well with cold water, drinks and milk all in the fridge for us amongst other gifts when we arrived. Pool was great and the local area is beautiful. He even left croissants for us the morning he came to clean the pool. Great stay and great service would 10/10 recommend. Thank you!

Giuseppe was an amazing host. From incredibly clear instructions on how to find and manage the property, to providing us a ton of treats, this stay was one for the books. I believe the pictures do not do this place justice. The property is beautiful, and the surroundings are breathless. Giuseppe went above and beyond as a host. From super clear communication to having everything we could possibly think of at the house, we were so well taken care of! Giuseppe answered any question within seconds and had the best recommendations around town. He would leave us treats from the local bakery! The house is so so charming and well equipped. Each day the view to the ocean got more beautiful. The home is secluded but also very close to a charming local town. Also super easy to get to Palermo and Cefalu! I will absolutely stay at Giuseppe’s place again!!

BeLiving House is such a perfect place from which to explore this area of Sicily. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming- we felt very much at home. The villa is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you need for making meals or enjoying aperitivo. The view from the villa is incomparable, so magical watching the moon rise over sea! The pool is especially wonderful for cooling off in the hottest part of the day. You will not find better host, he was so kind as to bring us delicious pastries and gave us terrific recommendations for food. Trabia is a beautiful part of Sicily and BeLiving House the most beautiful villa on the coast!

Giuseppe has a beautiful house with amazing views out to the ocean and down the hill . He was a great host , well prepared with beach and restaurant tips, very friendly and happy to help . The house was spotless and comfortable. The outside areas were great to relax in and the pool was clean and very refreshing. I would have no hesitation in recommending a stay here , absolutely lovely ! enjoy..

Lovely property with great views of the coast. The pictures capture the outdoor space really in particular really well (there was lots of outdoor space which is spread over a number of levels) Giuseppe was a fantastic host, ensuring that the property was well stocked with lots of really useful supplies (food and drink items plus ample washing/cleaning products). There was a drinks fridge with honesty box (and very cheap prices) which was a really interesting idea and prevented too many supermarket trips! Giuseppe also looked after us by leaving a tray of pastries for us on each of his early morning visits to clean the pool!
For us the only slightly less workable space was the upstairs. As a group of 6 (2 adults and 4 older teens) we struggled slightly with the bunkbeds which are quite small.
Also to reiterate as Giuseppe says in his description is you do need a car. We used this property as a base to visit Cefalu, Palermo, the west coast and Agrigento. All long trips but worth doing!

Merci pour l’accueil dans ce petit coin de paradis. Tout est comme dans la description et les photos – pas de mauvaise surprise. L’hôte a plein de conseils et de petites attentions très appréciées – comme nous arrivions tard, il y a avait le premier repas et le petit déjeuner qui nous attendaient, et même plus. We had a wonderful time staying in this place. Location was perfect, peaceful and only 5 minutes drive to local town by the sea. The villa was gorgeous – had a traditional sicilian feel to it , clean and the views of mointains and the sea were breathtaking . Kids had a lot of space to explore, run around and most importantly have fun in a swimming pool, which, by the way, was perfect size. The host Giuseppe was very friendly and helpful. He met us on our arrival to the villa, explained everything and even had welcome gifts for us. Also, Giuseppe was extremely helpful when we left our car and home keys in the precious villa we stayed. Instead of us driving back approx. 300km, he stepped up and organised the keys to be shipped and let us enjoy the rest of our stay in Sicily hassle free. Thank you. We will definitely come back when we are next in Sicily.

Wir waren 6 Mädels die einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Guiseppe‘s tollen Haus hatten.
Wir wurden so herzlich begrüßt, bekamen Willkommensgeschenke (Cannoli, Sekt etc.) und fühlten uns seit der ersten Minute super wohl.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, man hat einen tollen Ausblick und vor allem der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus war toll ausgestattet und in einem super Zustand.
Guiseppe ist ein so herzlicher und toller Gastgeber. Schon im Voraus hat er uns ein Video geschickt und uns die Anfahrt zum Haus erklärt. Auch überraschte er uns am 3. Tag mit leckeren Croissants.
Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir in Sizilien sind und können Guiseppe und sein Haus nur empfehlen!

Un endroit très agréable, très calme on l’on se sent seul au monde. La maison est authentique avec une vue splendide. Le jardin est magnifique, composé de plusieurs terrasses ou l’on peut se prélasser en fonction de ses envies de calme, de soleil ou de moments conviviaux. This stay was amazing from start to end – when we arrived the host was really helpful and also gave us bits and pieces like toiletries and some foods. He also dropped us some pastries a couple of mornings which was a really nice touch. The place is exactly as pictured and in a really rural area, you must have a car to get around. Will definitely stay again

Giuseppe is nothing short of an incredible host! We stayed at his beautiful house for two weeks and we were amazed by the level of attentiveness to detail and communication that came from Giuseppe. He waited for us to arrive and showed us around and explained everything which was very useful. From mosquito repellent, to a mini bar service to kitchen appliances, he will have it!
He frequently provided us with fresh pastries and fruit, and even when our rental car broke down he managed to sort it out for us. If there was any problem at all, Giuseppe was extremely helpful!
The house itself is absolutely incredible with the most breathtaking view. Waking up in this house was an absolute delight. It’s surrounded by nature and is quite rural and is a 15-20 minute drive to supermarkets and roughly 40-50 minutes to Palermo central and Cefalu! It’s a great location as you are in the middle of beautiful towns in Sicily. I can’t recommend this stay enough and I can say it was one of the best host experiences I’ve ever had and hopefully we will come back soon

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Giuseppe. La maison est très agréable surtout grâce au jardin et à la vue qui est magnifique. Giuseppe a été un hôte exceptionnel. Très accueillant, toujours prévenant, Giuseppe a été aux petits soins avec nous. La maison est situé à 10 minutes de la mer et à 40 minutes de Cefalù. A faire sans aucune hésitation. Beautiful place and fantastic host. Giuseppe was so helpful with suggestions for restaurants, ice cream parlours, where to park etc.The house is absolutely sparklingly clean and so well equipped. We even had coffee, olive oil, pasta, pasta sauce and vinegar plus cannoli and prosecco to welcome us! Giuseppe left amazing croissants for us as a treat when he came to clean to pool. Great aircon so lovely and cool at night. You can’t get a better Airbnb than this!

Giuseppe nous a attendu même si nous nous étions un peu perdu sur la route… La maison est fonctionnelle et l’extérieur est magnifique (piscine exclusive, belle vue, arbre fruitier, hamac) ! Giuseppe is a rock-star of AirB&B hosts! My husband, son and his girlfriend spent 4 nights in this little paradise overlooking the Med. Although a little off the beaten path, we were delighted with the grounds, the house, the pool, and the security. Only about 25 minutes to Palermo, and just a little longer to Celafu. Giuseppe has thought of everything — down to the well-stocked cooler of wine and beer for purchase for next to nothing and magnets for sale! And excellent communications from start to finish. When I needed a question answered he got back to me within minutes — usually with a route, restaurant recommendation, or other travel advice. He’s just fabulous — as is this lovely, homey place to call home while you’re in Sicily!

We had a wonderful time at Guiseppes house. The pool, the terrasse and a garden with all different kinds of plants and trees invite to relax. The inside of the house is very clean, the bedrooms are comfortable and Guiseppe is an amazing host, friendly, always helpful and the communication was perfect. Plus, if you are lucky, Guiseppe leaves croissants at the table after cleaning the pool very early in the morning.

Lovely traditionally furnished house with spectacular views and the best host we have ever experienced .
The house is in a beautifully peaceful setting . Everywhere was spotlessly clean .
The house has everything you need to have a relaxing holiday
Giuseppe ( Ralph) has thought about everything, we arrived to find the fridge stocked with water, soft drinks , a large tray of fresh fruit , milk , complimentary bottle of wine ( which we didn’t drink because we had done a large shop before arriving ) . This was a lovely touch from a host who truly cares about guest experience .
We enjoyed the outdoor cooking area, fully stocked with wood, fire Lighters etc so you can cook over a wood fire
Several different places to relax out doors so you can enjoy both sun and shade at different times of day
Pool was spotlessly clean and lovely and refreshing to cool off from the sun.
Even citronella candles provided to keep the mosquitos away whilst sitting out in the evening .
Ralph answered any questions quickly and went out of his way to make our stay amazing
He came to clean the pool early in the morning one day and we woke to find fresh croissants for breakfast .
There is hardly any need to leave the place !!
Ralph also has a large fridge stocked with wines and beer and uses an honesty system to charge for this . This is a convenience because he charges only the same as you would pay for the items if you bought from the supermarket .

Our experience in the Beliving House
The contact with Giuseppe on forehand was easy and with good information. Giuseppe gave us a warm welcome at the house. He took the time to show us everything and gave a lot information. Everything was very clear. The house looked amazing and very clean. Giuseppe had some welcome presents like fresh olive oil, fresh fruit and water in the fridge and gave us a bottle of wine to start our vacation. He told us we could eat from the fruit tree’s in the yard. We felt very welcome!
When we needed something we had contact with Giuseppe via whatsapp and he responded very quick. He was there for us the whole vacation to help us with everything. He recommended some restaurants, send us a video to show how we could use the barbecue; nothing was too much for him.
When Giuseppe came to clean the pool very early in the morning, we woke up to fresh croissants that he had left for us. It were this little things that made our stay very peaceful, surprising and we were very happy.
The house not felt like a vacation house but it felt like home.
We even had an engagement at the house, cause the house has a very romantic ambiance and a lot of space.
We can truly recommend this house and Giuseppe as your host. We’ve had a great vacation and are very happy.

Guiseppe est un hôte au top : il nous a accueilli très gentiment alors que nous sommes arrivés au milieu de la nuit à cause d’un problème d’avion. Il a nous a conseillé de bons restaurants, il a toujours été très réactif quand nous avions des questions. La maison était dans un état de propreté irréprochable. L’host è un superhost, la villa è fantastica, pulita e sanificata. giardino curatissimo e piscina pulitissima, una panorama mozzafiato e il relax è assicurato! Ci hanno fatto trovare pesino la colazione al nostro arrivo. Siamo stati seguiti sin dal momento della prenotazione. Consigliatissima, torneremo sicuramente!
L’host è un superhost, la villa è fantastica, pulita e sanificata. giardino curatissimo e piscina pulitissima, una panorama mozzafiato e il relax è assicurato! Ci hanno fatto trovare pesino la colazione al nostro arrivo. Siamo stati seguiti sin dal momento della prenotazione. Consigliatissima, torneremo sicuramente!
