Beautiful estate immersed in the Sicilian countryside, the villa is located a few minutes from the first town of Altavilla Milicia, where along the way you can find food shops and more.

The Villa is located a few minutes drive from the beaches and thanks to its position we immediately have access to the motorway to reach the most popular destinations such as Palermo or Cefalu.

The pool is in total privacy. In the Villa there is a Service that will take care of the daily cleaning of the swimming pool with times to be agreed with the guests.

Through our Service you can order a Dinner with Chef "paid service"

Other things to keep in mind

The price is to be considered all inclusive, linen, towels, final cleaning, electricity, water, gas. You will not be charged any additional costs.

By booking the "Royal Apartment not exclusive"  you could share the swimming pool with other guests, this is only in case the Queen apartment is also booked

When you book a not-exclusive apartment it means that in your booked apartment there will only be you in total independence,

but there could be other guests if another apartment is booked. In this case if both apartments are booked you will have to share the pool with other guests.

The total guest capacity is 6 Guests. This means that if both apartments are booked there will be a maximum of 10 people in the villa excluding service staff and children under 3 years of age.
