It is possible to delay the check-out only if we do not have imminent reservations. In case of confirmation of the late check-out, an extra charge of €35 per hour will be paid, to be paid in cash. Thank you.

We love animals, but unfortunately cannot accept them.

Parties Forbidden

It is forbidden to organize parties in the Villa and in the common areas of the building.

We will adapt check-in and key collection times

depending on your arrival by sending a message or email indicating your arrival time.

Payment terms

40 days before your arrival you will receive an email requesting payment of the remaining amount.

Payment 50% online 50% cash at check-it

If you only pay the deposit, you can pay the rest directly at check in in cash only.
We do not accept bank transfers, checks or electronic payments.

You can only pay in € euros.If you decide on the cash balance at check in,
send an email to info@tenutearmani.com

Cancellation terms

Free cancellation within 30 days before your arrival.
you will receive a full refund within 5/10 working days.

After 30 days, if you cancel the reservation before the check-in date, you will lose 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
If you cancel after the check-in date you will lose the total amount of the reservation.

Refund Dates

In case of change of dates with fewer nights, the difference in the price per night will be refunded.

Change Dates

To change dates, it is possible to change them without any problem only if available in the calendar,
by sending an email to info@tenutearmani.com  indicating the booking number, or by sending a simple message on WhatsApp or iMessage thank you.
