The Villa is located a few minutes drive from the beaches and thanks to its position we immediately have access to the motorway to reach the most popular destinations such as Palermo or Cefalu.

The villa has 2 large apartments with separate entrances ideal for two families or large groups of friends.
The pool is in total privacy. In the Villa there is a Service that will take care of the daily cleaning of the pool with times to be agreed with the guests.

Air conditioning is not present in the smaller double bedroom, but there is a fan. By keeping the door slightly open you can cool off with the air conditioner in the living room

Other things to keep in mind

The price is to be considered all inclusive, linen, towels, final cleaning, electricity, water, gas. You will not be charged any additional costs.

When you book an Exclusive Apartment it means that there will only be you and the service staff in the villa. Therefore you will not have to share the swimming pool with other guests
