Check-in
At check-in, you must show a valid identity document to proceed with registration, passport or identity card with current validity of all guests including children or babies. Anyone without a document will not be able to stay under any circumstances.
It’s not possible to check in earlier because we have a cleaning company that always comes on the same day as guests’ arrival. This way, you can find the villa impeccably clean. If the cleaning company finishes before 4:00 PM, we’ll be happy to message you immediately to arrange an early check-in at no additional cost.
Check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM, as the cleaning company will arrive to clean the villa at 10:30 AM.
We kindly ask our guests to respect the check-out time, as the villa must be clean by 4:00 PM for the arrival of new guests.
However, we have agreements with our cleaning company. For example, if we have no upcoming reservations for the same day and guests who are currently staying request a few extra hours, this will be possible for an extra €35 per hour, payable in cash upon check-out.
We love animals very much but unfortunately we cannot accept them.
It is possible to have dinner with the chef based on availability, please always notify at least one day in advance for organization.
We do not have specific times for silence, we only ask our kind guests not to disturb the neighborhood with loud music during the night hours, as there are other villas in the surrounding area.
We have a very large parking lot inside the villa that can easily accommodate several cars.
Parking is free, private, and under video surveillance.
It’s lit at night.
You will have two remote controls for entry to the villa via the automatic gate.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO STAND IN FRONT OF THE GATE INSIDE THE VILLA BECAUSE IT WILL LOCK AUTOMATICALLY WITHIN 30 SECONDS.
The pool is available 24 hours a day. Pool staff will clean it at 6:00 a.m. to avoid disturbing guests. The pool will be available from 7:30 a.m. If any guests wish to swim early in the morning, that’s no problem. Just let us know and we can adjust the pool cleaning times to suit your needs.
Other things to keep in mind: we ask our guests to remove all objects from the water once they’re finished swimming. These include mattresses, masks, goggles, etc.
This allows the robot to clean the pool effectively.
We kindly ask our guests to remove any glass bottles or caps if they consume drinks by the pool. This is because if it gets windy in the evening, they could end up in the pool or break, damaging the pool cover and someone could even get cut. Thank you for your understanding.
Beach umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds
We kindly ask our guests to always close the deckchairs and umbrellas. In the evening, wind may arrive, which could blow away umbrellas and deckchairs. Inflatables must be placed under the deckchairs.
If you want to swim at night, there is no problem. The only thing we ask is respectful behavior as we have other villas in the area. Thank you for your understanding.
Children are your responsibility. **Tenute Armani** will not be held liable in any way for damage to persons or property.
The tennis court is available all day. If you wish to play in the evening, there will be an additional charge of €10 per hour for lighting.
We kindly ask guests to return their rackets to their cases and place them in the laundry room. Once you’re finished playing, please collect the balls from the court and place them in the basket. Thank you.
We can arrange transfers from the airport to the villa for both outward and return journeys. Thanks to our affiliated partner.This will have an extra cost.
It is essential to have a rental car to get around or simply do the shopping. The first supermarket is 3 km from the villa. If you do not want a rental car, you can request transfers by taxi or directly through our partner, this involves an extra cost for the various transfers.
For those who booked directly on the website and decided to pay the remainder at check-in, we remind our kind guests that it will not be possible to make electronic payments via credit or debit cards, and we do not accept bank transfers or bank checks. We only accept cash payments in €. We strongly recommend arriving with € currency already in hand, as if you decide to exchange money at the airport you will pay a very high commission.
